In our contact form, we ask for your name and email address. In some cases, we might ask you to provide additional personal information, if relevant in order to answer your questions.

Stamhuis.nl will only use your personal data for the purpose for which you provided it and will never retain your personal data for longer than needed. For example, did you provide your email address, so we could contact you? In that case, Stamhuis.nl will not automatically add you to our mailing list for newsletters.

The personal data that’s obtained is stored on secure servers and will not be shared with third parties. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

This website collects data in our log files that is of a non-personal nature. The data in question is used solely to obtain general statistics on how our website is used. The use of log files does not result in cookies being saved. We will not combine the data obtained from log files with data from other sources.

To prevent misuse, we may ask you to identify yourself when submitting your request. Stamhuis.nl uses cookies solely for the purpose of web statistics. We do so solely to analyse how visitors use our website, so we can introduce improvements. We use Google Analytics for our web statistics.

Google Analytics provides a clear picture of aspects such as visitor flow, the other websites that our visitors are coming from and page views. We can then improve our website for our visitors, based on this information.

We concluded a Data Processing Agreement with Google to guarantee your privacy. In this Agreement, it is stipulated that Google will be the sole Data Processor in the processing of personal data relating to our visitors. In addition, we chose the option where your IP address is anonymised. This implies that the last 3 digits of your IP address will be omitted and will not be stored by Google. Lastly, we have not authorised Google to use the obtained Google Analytics information for other Google services.
