In Amsterdam-North, Stamhuis completed the full renovation of a huge shopping building (approximately 5000 m²). We were given the task of expanding the existing supermarket and adjacent shop and, at the same time, provide a high-quality logistics remodelling solution. A challenging contract with a great end result!

This considerable renovation job was coupled with the realisation of a temporary retail unit of approximately 3000 m². In addition, the building to be renovated was subjected to an intensive flocked asbestos clean-up. The façade, in addition, underwent a full metamorphosis and a new entrance that included two escalators and a lift was created. And all of this in only seven weeks!
