De Kastanjetuin apartment group

As a progressive building company, we set high standards for every project we implement. Our property projects are also subject to these standards. Quality of life, (living) comfort and sustainability have the highest priorities within this context. Naturally, while respecting the natural environment. The building of the “De Kastanjetuin” (The Chestnut Garden) apartment complex serves as a good example of the above.

De Kastanjetuin property project will be built on the edge of the cosy 1930s neighbourhood Tuindorp in Utrecht at the start of 2017 and will include 18 luxury and surprisingly spacious apartments. The luxury apartment complex is in a beautiful location in a green area and derives its name from two old characteristic chestnut trees on the site. Interesting fact: these trees were planted by Hendrik Stamhuis, the grandfather of the current project developer Henk Stamhuis.
