Die urspr\u00fcngliche Einteilung mit einem Supermarkt, acht L\u00e4den und einem Restaurant wurde auf einen Supermarkt\u00a0und sieben L\u00e4den reduziert. Danach wurden neue Fassaden errichtet und es erfolgte die Fertigstellung der gemeinsamen R\u00e4ume. Im Anschluss an den Umbau des Rohbaus realisierte Stamhuis in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Durchf\u00fchrungspartnern auch die Fertigstellung des Supermarkts und der \u00fcbrigen L\u00e4den im Einkaufszentrum.
